We highly recommend Stefani. We moved from California up to Oregon and she was great with our long-distant buying process. We came up for a weekend and she showed us 14 properties! She knows the area well and was very in tune with what we were looking for. We loved many of them, but ultimately landed on a farmhouse on a 2.5 acre lot. We offered less than asking, the sellers came back with a counter offer, and we ultimately still got the house for less than asking. We had some troubles with the loan process and she held our hands the whole time. She was on all the time - anytime we had questions, she was there and she kept us on track. This was our first home purchase, so we needed a lot of guidance. She worked with our load company, trust company, and the sellers flawlessly.
